NDT Inspections
Firmament are members of the Industrial Rope Access Training Association (IRATA) and as such can offer both conventional and advanced NDT techniques utilising the company’s experienced and professional inspection personnel who are all IRATA certified. Firmament can offer alternative inspection methods that may include long range or remote inspection methods. The company’s NDT provide UT, Eddy Current, MPI and Dye-Pen via our Rope Access and Inspection Services (RAIS) Division and also provide Radiographers & Heat Treatment Technicians at the brand new state of the art facility, as well as providing the service off-shore. The RAIS Division is fully supported by Firmament Innovative Inspection Technologies.
Firmament’s new site offers radiography bays, pressure test bays & heat treatment. In addition to the conventional NDT methods, the new state of the art facility also houses the engineering, integrity management, topside, and rope access divisions. The facility allows Firmament to service integrity and inspection contracts on behalf of the operators. All divisions are supported by the company’s highly innovative in-house research and development team.
